Kind Of Confidential

Jumping into this week's Webcomic we're going into Kind Of Confidential by Vivian Darlin. The story about a super hero who has lost his powers and fallen into a devious super villain's hands...or sort of.

Without giving away a lot about the story it revolves around the hero 'Sky Boy' and an Ex super villain girl which is kind of strange as there aren't really a lot of stories that revolve around this strange kind of relationship outside of something like batman and if there is well...I guess I'm just ignorant to it please do leave it in the comments and I'll look into it. In anycase the story is a little slow paced but, considering the majority of webcomics are too fast this is a nice change of pace. However I would like to point out that I'm not entirely sure where the story is going at this point as personally I would like to see where this goes since Sky Boy doesn't have his powers back yet.

As for the art it's pretty simplistic looking which isn't a bad thing it just makes sure that you have a easy way to consistency and that my friends is the key to any long running series anime, webcomic, or anything else that is super lengthy if it doesn't look or feel the same sooner or later it will fall off. Again, the artistic part isn't something I like to grade as that is pretty much up to the observer as to whether or not they like it. I've seen people in the comments of the webcomic that love it and those that hate it.

Unfortunately this webcomic hasn't run long enough for me to give an incredibly lengthy review on it without giving away some key information on the story so, I'm afraid that is going to be all there is for this week. Next week will be a longer review as I'm going to pick one that has been going for awhile.

If I had to say anything to the creator of this Webcomic it would be that they should probably spend a little less time on the side character's as there was a long stretch where the main dude was basically out of the webcomic for several months which, is fine if there is a reason for it but, I didn't feel there was less they are building to something not yet disclosed. Heading to a different app today to look at the webcomic called Mairimashita! Iruma-Kun. A manage that you can check out on Mangarock.com made by Nishi Osamu. As you can imagine this webcomic/manga is about a kid named Iruma-kun he is very kind to a fault and ends up accepting a deal for his parents that lands him being sold off to a Demon lord which happens to be the principle of a Demonic high school that Iruma will now attend. The story is pretty funny overall and seems to lead on that Iruma will have a very different life than one that he imagined for himself. You know I'm not even really sure where to begin with this one I guess I'll just go ahead and state I am not a fan of this particular Webcomic but, I know a lot of people are. I see their point on it but, this is my opinion on the matter with that let's get right into it. Now, I will state again I am not a fan of this Webcomic and as I have said in my Anime Reviews section not every review is going to be pretty. I dislike this Webcomic mainly because of just how much I hate the main character. I found out about it through surfing on the internet and decided to read it only to find out the main guy is just well....not a very good main character. Let's Play!

As always I do both my Anime and Webcomic reviews every Friday and this week we're going to review Let's Play by Mongie! Unfortunately I am not sure if Mongie has a patreon or not but, I will direct you to the webcomic episode one at the end of the review. Let's Play is about a girl named Sam and a Vlogger named Marshall Law. Suppose to be a romance story of some kind but, I thought that this one had a very important lesson for anyone that had any ideas about putting much of anything on the internet. I think every story has a lesson to be learned in it well....maybe not all of them but, a vast majority we'll say.
